Recommended review time before retaking the exam
(Date Announced: January 19, 2016)
While HUD does not mandate a waiting period, it is recommended that all examinees review the exam material
and wait at least one week before retaking the exam to allow themselves adequate time to fully prepare. If a test taker's score is 10 points or more below a
passing score of 80, the recommended review period is two weeks.
ProctorU: Internet Explorer Browser Announcement

Microsoft recently announced it will no longer support older versions of Internet Explorer after Jan. 12, 2016. Browser versions prior to Internet Explorer 11 will still work,
but they may not have the latest security updates.

Google Chrome is the preferred browser for proctoring sessions, Mozilla Firefox is another reliable alternative
and Safari is available for Apple users.

Exam Scheduling Process Update

HECM exam scheduling process is updated now. You are no longer required to create a separate account with ProctorU. After completing the registration, you will be redirected to
ProctorU site to update your profile. You do not need to have separate user id /password for ProctorU site.
